Dedicated E-Mail Server Pricing & Lease Policies

Accounts that send more than 1.5 million messages per month require a self service dedicated server. This creates a private platform for the "account holder", also known as the "customer", so their more robust daily deployments don’t get disrupted by other customers on “shared” servers. A dedicated server is a “hosted” and completely “turnkey” solution for bulk mailing and requires no special training on the customer’s part except for the ability to manage an e-mail account. Dedicated servers may take up to fourteen (14) business days +/- to secure the physical hardware, ship it to the climate controlled rack share facility, secure all licensing, build the software environment, burn in and be deemed ready for use. The initial (first) month cost is $2,495 (non-refundable server start up fee) plus the normal published bulk message rate per month. The $2,495 server start up fee is required at the time of order and the message rate balance will be due the day the dedicated server comes “online” and available to the customer (the day the account login data is sent to the customer). This completes the first month cost. The first month begins the day the customer is given access to the dedicated server and ends 30 calendar days after.

The cost for each month after the initial “dedicated server build” is simply rated by the number of messages to be sent per month (1.5 million minimum) according to our published monthly pricing guide. In other words, if you would like to send 4MM in the second month the cost would only be $3,350 and due by the first day of the second month period. Daily message maximums will typically be less than 350K messages per day (typically less than 15KB of bandwidth per message). The server will be dedicated to you for an unlimited duration in which you desire to utilize the server and make timely, in full payments. Any messages not sent in any given month WILL NOT be credited forward. Once a payment has not been completed for any month during the lease term, the lease will be considered “interrupted” and typically will be deemed “expired”.

Typically, when a lease is interrupted, we will actively work with every customer on a case by case basis to keep their account from becoming officially expired. We will extend every courtesy at our disposal to keep our customers at the service level they are accustomed to, but eventually the customer plays the final role when it comes to expired leases.

A dedicated server needs to be “leased”. Our leases are designed so our customers can effectively maximize their marketing potential while limiting their marketing budget and also increase the exposure to lower costs in the short, mid or long term as necessitated by the customer. All data harvesters will use dedicated servers to minimize any potential liability to our other customers, to our system at large and in conjunction with our Global Suppression Lists. Spamtrap hits will largely count against our IP’s and the domains being used in and through our system. No other fees or fines will be assessed, but in the event of “kill box” complaints/attacks on our IP’s or domains due to spamtrap hits, we will close the account without warning or refund, to protect our assets.

Server leases are executed by our lease models. Interruption or expiration of any lease via non-payment would effectively institute an end to system access and another lease for future marketing would need to be executed. NOTE: The $2,495 server start up fee would again be billed, if no vacant servers are immediately available, plus normal monthly pricing for expired leases to restart. Interruption is considered on a case by case basis and every customer will have access to a “bridge payment” system to avoid an expired lease. We extend the “bridge payment” system as a courtesy for customers who have simply “lost track” of their lease responsibility and allows them a window, before lease expiration, to very simply “catch up” on payments due so as to continue planned deployments with as little interruption as possible.

Dedicated Server Lease Models:

1. One (1) month lease also called "month to month"
$2,495 and one month message volume at published pricing. Each month thereafter is billed based ONLY on message volume and payment is due by the first day of the next monthly cycle.

2. Three (3) month lease
$2,495 plus message volume, then two months message volume at published pricing with a 10% discount.

3. Six (6) month lease
$2,495 plus message volume, then five months message volume at published pricing with a 15% discount.

4. Nine (9) month lease
$2,495 plus message volume, then eight months message volume at published pricing with a 20% discount.

5. Twelve (12) month lease
$2,495 plus message volume, then eleven months message volume at published pricing with a 25% discount.

Below you will see an example of our leasing model discounts based on a 5MM monthly volume. That would use about 167K messages per day seven days per week or about 250K messages per day 5 days per week. This would allow your campaign planning to institute “business day only” marketing if needed and easily employ weekend marketing as well.
